Performance  - Strength and Fitness Programs

Players need strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, power and speed so they can attain their highest potential and prevent injuries. The Chestnut Hill Sport Club has partnered with oPTimal Fit Physical Therapy to provide 8-10 week, after school Performance Programs for athletes of all sports.

Our Performance Classes are held at the HealthWorks Health Club - 1300 Boylston St (Rt 9) in Chestnut Hill.

Ana came home from class tonight smelling like sweat with a huge smile on her face. "Mom, we worked really hard and it was so fun."

Thank you!

Best,
Katrina (Mother of an 8th Grader)
